Hacking sd card

hi just want to ask ive got a 1gb sd card for dsroms and i want to buy a 512mb just for movies and other stuff,how many movies would it hold for the r4?or would my 1gb be enoughr for both?

None! because the r4 takes micro-sd. Sorry, but your sd cards wont do much, unless its like a supercard sd or an m3 sd.

It depends on the size of the video you are converting. Typical anime would be converted down to... about 50MB per episode.

It really depends on how big the video files are.
But to give you an idea, i've been watching the entire Juuni Kokuki anime series in my ds (around 28min each episode) and they normally turn into 55-65MB files.

As for movies they normally are 180-250mb big.

So to assume, you would be able to fit 2 (maybe 3) normal length movies into your 512MB card or around 7-9 tv show length episodes.
