SD Card slowdown and "corruption" while on Original MMC

Hi, so I'm trying to install and update games on the stock launch (no CFW at all) of my switch to play online.

The problem begins when I start installing games, as it installs them on the SD card one thing happens, when I launch the game I get a SD card error and even some corruption when downloading.

Ironically, when I'm in eMMC, I can download as much as I want, whatever times I want, delete again install again and I get no error whatsoever.

What is going on?

Well double check, if it is exFAT, there is your problem.

Double checked and yeah, it is FAT32, any ideas of what the error could be?
