I bought a wii u from gamestop and after 2 months the sd card stop working and on the wii menu it shows the sd card blue with no sd card in it and when i put my sd card in it says The device inserted in the SD Card Slot cannot be used and now it won't read anymore i tried 3 different sd cards

Format to Fat 32 , 32768k Clusters. Try GUI Format.

Try Carefully Cleaning with Cleaning Alcohol the kind of stuff you use for CDs etc or Hand Sanitizer. You can try QTips.

Contacts maybe loose or the Slot itself make sure it in tight bad thing about Push Slots. Maybe try piece of hard paper Card to slide in with it.

These type of Card Readers can be Notorious for these problems.

when i try to plug my sd card in the side where the lock is gets stuck then goes in and sometime when i take out my sd card it makes a scratching sound

It is possible that something is obstructing inside the Slot get a Torch and shine in take a look dont go poking with anything metallic or sharp etc ESSPECIALLY IF POWER GOING THROUGH IT!

Try turn upside down gentle shake maybe something stuck in Slot. It Sounds like it.

thank you for telling me but it still dose not work

Then best option would be to take it back if possible if not you need to assess that Card Reader Slot.

Just get another SD card, that'd be the easiest solution, for now, I'd say look around for one, or buy an 8gb one.
