Hardware SD Card Question

It has been a while since I have messed with my Wii at all, but I remember a couple years ago, you couldnt use an SD card that was SDHC or above 2gb. I forget why, but I know there was a reason. Anyways, now I am looking at DML and I really need an SD card that is larger. Is there still a problem with cards that are over 2gb or am I just crazy and that never happened?

to hack the wii i think you can use up to 2gb, but to play things from sd card well that depends on the software that playes what ever yopu want to play, if you are reading that sd card from a usb or front loader....

that was a while ago. most cards should be compatible. You will know it's not compatible if the hack doesn't work.
