Homebrew Sd card problem

So when I booted Pokemon sun it said for some reason the sd card was removed so I deleted the game and it did not free up all the space the game took for some reason so I tried to backup my sd card and format it but when I try to backup my sd card it won't copy all the files for some reason.

It might be corrupted bro, try with another computer and if you can't copy paste certain files then it is indeed corrupted
