Hacking SD Card not Formatting correctly

Hey All,

I'm trying to restart the CFW process so I had restored the original NAND using gateway and restarted the process. I have ran into an issue.

When using rxTools(2.5.2) my DS shows emuNAND as green in the bottom right corner (using my newly formatted memory card)

but when I use the original DS card(2gb) it shows emuNAND as red.

I have formatted using diskpart->Clean ->create MBR ->Format fat32 but it still shows a green emuNAND in rxTools. This means that it does not boot back to Homescreen, and I cannot continue the setup process.

When I have the 2GB card in however, it boots back to homescreen and I can open HS.app.

Please help!

I should mention that I can access homemenu when I click devtools in rx, and access hs.app
