Hi all,

I recently tried to install a game for my daughter but when I put the SD card into my PC I was greeted with a corrupt SD card message and even after trying to rebuild the partitions it isn't usuable, I have now bought a new SD card and I am trying to boot the 3ds but the blue power light flashes once and it dies.

I can't remember the exact method I used when I originally flashed it, I do know I used 3ds.guide and I believe I used the 3ds sound app, I do have a nand.bin file I kept on a spare USB drive with a modified date of December 2016 if that helps.

The new card is a 32gb card and it is formatted as FAT32, I have tried placing boot.firm from Luma7.1+ and arm9loaderhax.bin from older versions on the root of the SD card and neither allow me to boot.

I have an old style 3DS XL.

Thanks in advance for the help!

If you can't even power on the 3DS I'd say there's not a whole lot you can do about it. I had a corrupted SD card and a system reset fixed it somehow. Had the old SD card worked before you put it into the SD and what message did the computer give you?

Hi, the power LED does flash once, which apparently states that the boot file is missing from the SD card but I have tried both AL9H and boot9strap.

Have you tried Luma 7.0.5, 7.1 and 9.0?

I can't even get to the point where I boot Luma settings, I have tried AL9H from 7.0.5 and boot9strap from 7.1,8 and 9 and none work using just the Bin file or firm files.
