Due t the way that SDCafiine works, this is not possible. SDCafiine's code is not actually run until that screen has been shown, so it wouldn't be possible to change it using SDCafiine.
You could change the files using a CFW and the respective FTPiiU Everywhere version for that CFW, and the title will still launch, even without a CFW being run.
