Gaming scrubbed games

i have the soft mod from wiigator 3. Alot of the games i have are "scrubbed" do you think that being "scrubbed" prevents some of the games from working? i have about 17, which 11 of them work.
i have some that the compatibilty list says works but do not. What do you think my problem is? thanks

i don't think it's in any way related to scrubbing.
