No one wants to buy a whole new piece of hardware to play the game but everyone has a PC. TBH it's probably not high specs anyway.

Also PC has been the ideal platform for Scribblenauts since it came out on the DS. I mean a game that involves a lot of typing words and you're not putting it on the only platform centered around a keyboard? C'mon man! Plus possible mods could mean a very "colorful" vocabulary.

Old news. We already knew about this from E3.
and yet there are maaany people in this thread who clearly didn't know about it.
So, get out.
Should I go about posting 3 month old news all over this forum then?

Go for it, why would I care?
No one else would care either if it wasn't well known.
Derpderp.
Jesus Christ kid, grow the fuck up will ya?

Is Scribblenauts that fun? I never got around to playing it.

I never got around to liking it. The gameplay and graphics I thought were bad as hell. There is a certain charm to the graphics, but I think they just look like shit and that the series belongs on the iOS and Android, nothing else.

Cry more.
He posted a staple "old news" post about 'old news' practically everyone else in the thread was excited for. Instead of looking like a retard (you should REALLY listen to this advice), read what the person I was replying to said, and THEN attempt to insult me with a basis or reason for doing so.
Thanks bro.

Is petting exploding purple kitties fun?
I'll let you answer your own question right there.
It's really mindless entertainment, which will be even better on PC once the community grab hold of the game and really starts to improve it in every way.
The puzzles can be pretty challenging at times though, but I played mostly for just screwing around.

The big issue with Scribblenauts is that most of the puzzles devolved into using the same few items to solve them. Like if you need to go up higher, you make a jetpack. If you need to kill a monster, you summon God. So on and so forth. There's a million different things to do but you barely need more than 5 or 10 of them.

The controls in the first game are also really bleh and the physics can be screwy.

That being said it's still incredibly fun for the "screw around" factor and the puzzles aren't senseless, items are just underutilized, that's all.

FYI I didn't play a whole lot of the second game so I don't know if these issues are fixed outside of the controls one.

Sweet, using a real keyboard.
Hook it up to an HDTV from a laptop and it's almost like a WiiU! (Maybe there should be 2nd monitor support. That'd be awesome for a PC title.)

i hope there won't be just scribblecocks and scribbleballs...i never really enjoyed the gameplay that much...i want the game to be unreal - like throwing a freezer into the lake makes the lake frozen..mods may make this possible
