Ooze/Blob can only be killed with fire-related words iirc.
Similarly, Vampire can only be killed with "holy water", "cross", "sun", and a couple of other things (depending on the situation).

If you have a flashcard (I have an M3i0) there's 'cheats' or hacks that allow infinite 'ink' etc & that's the only cheat I use to allow me to get so many on screen. I don't know if such a cheat/hack exist for emulation on PC's - perhaps nickbaker50 can confirm that (I think he uses an emulator for his videos)

I have an r4 that I use normally, but I use an emulator(ideas) for my vids because my camera sucks at quality. Ideas does have cheat code support. Also as for pirates with shotguns, would it be possible in the level editor? I would try it and record it myself, but ideas freezes when you leave the title screen, and as stated before I have a crappy camera.
