Homebrew Screenshots with better quality?

Hi, I made several screenshots, from some 3rd party apps like FTPD and FBI for a tutorial, with luma9 but the image dimensions are too small (400x240). Is there a way to create better screenshots?

That is the native and full resolution of the 3DS (not counting the 3D effect doubling horizontal resolution).
