i downloaded the pc dds bc7 and it didn't work on the game

i downloaded the pc dds bc7 and it didn't work on the game

I tested it out , on all 3, I'm using version 1.7560, three links different formats, and that's the pal version you might need to change the name of folder for usa, and here are my settings
