So, here's the new patcher 2.70

Slot2 Patching Software v2.70 released Update (2009.07.04)

- Fixed: The bug of #3607, #3782, #3790, #3791, #3819
Important: Please backup the save files before upgrading.

In the readme, apparently also fixes the 3369 - Mario & Luigi RPG3 (J) problem (black screens after selecting save). But can't test it right now. Can anyone test if it works now with 3369?
