I think they allowed 100 pre-orders, and have had 100 units received with more to come.
Those who pre-ordered will have theirs the earliest, and everyone else must wait a little longer for their additional stock.

It greatly depends on the demand too.

We should have enough for the first 300 or so DSTWO pre-orders, the ETA for next stock is unknown, waiting on SC team for that info.
