Hacking Saving games in NDS folder and changing skin?

Hi, I have 2 questions about M3 Real.

1. I have tried saving my games in a folder NDS at the root of my M3 Real, but all my games end up in MyCard.
Would I also need to format my memory stick from FAT32 to FAT like for M3 Simply?

2. My PDA does not work, even though I have downloaded both pdaDS and pda.dat. I put them in the root where I have SYSTEM but when I choose the PDA on my DS, I get "No Find PDA File--Copy [PDA] to Moveable Disk"

I am new to all of this, so I would appreciate it if could someone please explain in detail.
