No theme releated things from me (didn't test it).

First I updated the german language file: Download
Just a quick one. If anyone have a suggestion, improvement or what ever change it by yourself or inform me.

Now to my problem:
With rev100+ it doesnt show all saves on the wii. Of these few (currently 7) the name aren't shown (just a blank tooltip) and after I click at one the "window" open and I only see the banner (the icons in the overview are working too) in the top-left-corner, the 4-digit-id and alway a blocksize of 0. Then an empty area with the arraws on both sides (to switch the saves) and at the bottom the extract button.
With rev97 (last from Google Code before the recoding) all was working fine (and is still).
I made a new clean install but no changes.

Is there a buid-in screenshot function (which button) so I can make some? Dont want search for it now...

Any ideas/solution?

I extracted the SaveGame_Manager_GX_HBC_SetUp_r104.rar into my SD and when i load in HBC they starts to run and quit with errors. I don´t copy any themes, where i put the SaveGameManagerGX_Default_Theme_r101.zip folder!? Inside apps/savegame folder or in the root of SD?
you don't need to install default theme, it's just a template to create theme for the app
you need to extract SaveGame_Manager_GX_HBC_SetUp_r104.rar in your sd root
you need to have a cIOS249 installed.

have you tried last build (r104)?
what are your wii config
perhaps you can try to make a clean install(delete old savegame manager gx config folder, install fresh r104, then all needed files will be created in the config folder.
hope that can help you...
thx for german lang file

After another try with the setup from Google Code all worked fine and still after the migration of the old data/settings.

The reason why it hasn't work was that there was no "" in my meta.xml. After deleting it temporary the bad behavior was restored.

So, thx for your help.

Ok, I tried to search this topic and the internet for information, and all I found were old answers. So I don't know if something has changed, that's why I'll ask:

Is there any way to "extract" saves from an emulated NAND (which was extracted with Simple FS Dumper, used with UNEEK), and install them to the real NAND? If so, how, and is rev14 on the emulated NAND still needed for this process?

Hope you can help me, sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find any information. Thanks in advance

dj_skual pm'd me to take a look at this question, so here goes!

I think that it will work using cIOSrev14 on the emulated nand, but I haven't tried. I've never even tried using SaveGameManagerGX or cIOSrev14 on my emulated nand. Other people reporting that it was working in either the "sneek+di quick guide" thread (or maybe it was the joyflow thread), so due to demand I added it to ModMii... but like I said, I've never tested it personally.

I know showmiiwads has the ability to backup and restore save data from\to an emulated nand, but again this is something I've never done personally. So after backing it up I'm not sure how to install it to the real nand. Depending on how the save file is extracted it could be installed to real nand using savegamemanagergx or the older savegamemanager. I wouldn't recommend it cuz it's risky, but you could even us FS Toolbox to write the emunand's save files directly to the real nand.

I hope I've given u some things to try, hopefully one of the above methods works. If you try out any of these, plz report your results. And if anyone else know of a different way that will work for sure, by all means feel free to correct me.

edit: bluedump also has the ability to backup and restore savegames... but I don't know if it works on emunands, so that's something else to experiment with

edit2: before installing anything to your real nand, but sure to have brick protection in place (ie. bootmii, nand backup, priiloader)

@dj_skual/@XFlak First: Thank you for the answer(s)

.

Now, after I made a backup and installed cIOS r14 and Homebrewfilter on the virtual NAND, I tried to start SaveGame Manager GX. It freezed while it tried to load IOS249. Tried it several times, always froze during this part. No clue why some people claim that it works for them, it didn't for me (with the latest UNEEK+DI).

Here's the funny part: Before I was going to try the other possible ways, I tried the most simple one: Copy the Saves to the SD, and then install them on the real NAND, all with the System Menu. And it worked. They copied and installed fine, and I was able to save and play without any problem (tested with two games, both loaded twice). So, problem solved

Again, thank you for answering, even though it got kinda Off-Topic. And good luck with this App!

I already have CIOS249 (have ciosx21 installed recently), i tryed the new version and the same problem occurs, i will do a video to show you.

It's a code dump dsi error and reload the homebrew channel after few seconds.
