Hi dj_skual,

I finally had time to really update apps on my wii, and this was one of the programs I REALLY liked.
First of all, I have two wiis

1st wii:
NTSC, Boot2 Bootmii, 4.1U, IOS249v17

2nd wii:
PAL, IOS Bootmii, 4.1E, IOS249v17

Both wiis have the exact same IOSes, same es_identify patches, trucha bug patches, same preloader settings. same everything (checked using syscheck on dop-mii v12)

1st wii:
Everything works flawlessly as far as I can tell, I can see everything, and all miis and saves I tried to extract worked

second wii:
DSI error .. the application does not even run

well, I have an update.

The second wii, the one with the error, has no save files and no miis
So I created 1 save file, and 1 mii

This time it worked for about 1 second, and then I got another DSI error

yeah so I have a feeling this problem is related to having few or no miis and/or few or no game saves

but i need more test please!!!

could u try to delete alls miis then add savegame one by one to see if the problem is due to save games (try to add until 8 saves),
then try to delete alls saves then add miis one by one to see if the problem is due to miis (until 8 miis too),
then if the problem is not fixed, try to add miis and save both one by one until 8 to see when the problem is solved (think perhaps after 6saves are installed)

ok dj_skual, the issue is definetly related to the number of miis and/or number of saves.

I just made 5 miis and 5 save games, and its working now.
so it is indeed related to that

ok I figured out what the problem is,
3 saves or less on the wii would give a dsi error
5 saves worked, deleted 1 and it became 4 and it still work

3 saves.. error

Do I have to test it with no miis and saves, or just keep the 1 mii and 3 saves I have?
I dont want to delete them because I dont have a backup of them..

Not sure if this has been asked already, but is there a batch mode in this program? Something like on the homebrew browser (not channel) where you press the plus next to programs you wish to install or remove and then you execute them all in one pass.

I would like to copy all my save game material from one wii and export it to another in my bedroom. I have seen Mii extraction programs that do all Miis, but not any that are capable of moving all save games in one swoop.

Not a huge deal for one move, but I'd much prefer a different setup so that I can keep the two synched on an ongoing basis.

yes there is, there is an option to bottom left on the screen

Edit: if your other wii has less than 4 saves, chances are, this program will code dump on you .. dj_skual is working on that now
