Okay I have savegame extactor/Installer but where do I put the boot.dol/elf files on my SD card? What folders do I need to create?

On the root of your SD card make a folder called apps. In that make another folder called extractor and put the boot.dol in there. Remember homebrew channel does not support elf files anymore from version beta9 onwards.
