no you are restricted by region and wiiu language of the system im guessing and only 5.3.2 and 5.4.0 fw can inject/dump saves.

Yes on everything but the last part. Can't do it across regions AFAIK.

If you are 5.4 or below you can transfer save games back and forth even from wii u system storage

So how would one do this and where would one download people's hacked save.

Would not mind a hacked save for Xenoblade X with lots of auguments, hacked stats and many mining probes.
I kind of stop playing it at 170hours in due to the enormous hours of grinding.

I have no idea where to download hacked saved games and If I knew of an external link I probably wouldn't be allowed to share it on here. Couple of thoughts though:

1. There is a loadiine save share thread on here somewhere in the first two pages of threads. You might find something in there.
2. Seems like I also saw a thread somewhere about using tcpgecko.net to do xenoblade hacking. You might search for that and see what you can find.
