ROM Hack Save Hacking(not pokemon)

Is there somewhere where I can download Action replay/hacked save games besides gameFAQs since their downloads don't work for me. I am trying to get a hacked Jump SuperStars save game with everything unlocked. Anyone know where I can find one? I am not using a flash cart so I need a save for the actual game cartridge. Thanks in advance.

Dualscene.net has a save file archive. All of the saves are in various flashcarts' formats.

If you don't have a flashcart, how do you intend to get the save onto your JSS cart? Or are you using an emulator?

To tell you the truth I use GBAMP with max overload. Very old and retro I know but it still works!

The saves that the GBAMP ROM loader runs on is normal cart format saves. Thanks for the link.
