Ever since I updated my firmware to 13.1.0 and Atmosphere 1.2.4, I can no longer use save game managers.

When I open my album and go to Checkpoint, I get this error when it tries to start up.

2144-0001 (0x290)

If I try using JKSV, the same thing happens but I get this error.

2168-0002 (0x4a8)

Does anyone know why this happens and how I can continue to use these save game managers? Or are they no longer supported leaving me stuck with Edizon?

Yes I’m using the latest versions. For JKSV that’s 09-01-2021. For Chekpoint that’s 11-13-2021.

And as for how I’m launching them, it’s from clicking the album to get into my homebrew and clicking the app. So yes applet mode I assume.

Most homebrew need more ram than what applet mode gives (tapping on album and bringing up homebrew menu)

The best way is to hold R then launch a title while still holding R. (This is called title override)

So I open applet mode by clicking the title album, then I hold R while clicking it? I just tried that and it didn’t do anything different for me. Maybe these apps are just too outdated and no longer supported?

No,
Hold R, then launch a game and continue holding R.

Applet mode is just tapping on album

Title override (as the name implies) takes over the application/game you launch

So for example,
Hold R, launch pokemon sword while holding R. Then it'll bring up hbmenu.

If you see red text in the top right saying applet mode, your in applet mode. If you dont see that, your in title override

Oh wow. I didn’t know you could do that or that it made a difference. But yes, both apps are working now. Huge help, thanks again.
