Sweet deal and thank you this is a wonderful edition and the Easter egg is exactly what I was hoping for :) now I can really discard that huge emu-nand and just carry over the game saves :) this app will always find a place on my pc.

Well i'm about to get 2.5 now :) I just tested out 2.4.

Thank you for still working on it.
I didn't try the new versions, but Kylster did and it seems to work fine, so great work on fixing the channels and special folders paths :)

Thanks 4 evry test.

But I think there are some things that can be addedd:

Next step step is to do the possibility to log what the user do.

If you hame some idea...tell me.
If I'm able I'll be happy to do it.

In the actualy version, the function for prepare data for SavaGameManagerGX dosen't work.

I just fix it, but il relase it with other add.

I'm not sure if your able to this but have the option to export the savegame like title\00010000 so certain people who keep all their nands on pc backuped can just copy/paste or transfer over FTP to their Wii's nand?

i thought FTPii only reads the nand, not writes to it. has it been updated? or have you come up with another ftp program?

I'm not talking about directly to the Wii but to the neek nand. I usually just copy over my title\0001000\ folder to PC if I ever use a newer nand but untill recently I was unable to determine which folders were to WW/VC and which ones were to wii games. I don't mind using SavegamemanagerGX but it may be simpler for others along side myself to have it export saves as folders so we can just copy and paste them.

Lately it just seems I've been confusing a lot of people but in my mind it made since.

I had some problems with the file "index.sgmgx", that make me impossible to do the extract function.
But the new version make me happy:

SaveGame Manager GX SVN Changelog:
r116
* Removed all functions related to the "index.sgmgx" file (perhaps a future
emulated nand saves support...)

* Fixed ExtractAllMiis() code dump.
* Fixed GameTDB url.

I a few days i'll make a new final and functionaly release.

Please wait... ;)

Everything works fine; I like how it's easy to see which games are in which folder using option 2 for a manual transfer. Would be nice to add an option under option 6 to select to output folders directly(raw I guess it would be called) or savegamemanager gx file. Is this being considered?

Still your app does what it needs to and it's really awesome :)

Mh.. sorry but I not understand what you mean.. :D can you make an example (easy and with picture :lol: ) please?

3.1 is ready.

I add some test for verify nand and savagames drive (if them exist or are Write Protect).

I think (and hope) that it will be a final stable version

Your app exports saves to c:\SAVEGAMES\001000157434945\ savegamemanager gx files
This is fine for the most part but I tend to use the PC a lot more then actual homebrew apps in this method.
Is there any way you could export the savegames like:
title\00010000\524b5845\content\title.tmd
title\00010000\524b5845\data\ banner.bin & rockband.dat
This way all we would have to do is copy & paste in windows over to the nand directory on our hdd instead of using Savegamemanager_GX on the Wii.
Maybe add an option in there to for user preference; who may want to export the using savegamemanager gx or just the copy and paste feature.
Sorry it took so late to respond and I hope this more clarifies what I was trying to say.

Look if I uderstand what you want.

In main menù:
3 -> Delete SaveGame from the EmuNAND.
4 -> Extract SaveGame from emuNAND in SaveGame Manager GX format.
5 -> Copy and paste SaveGame from emuNAND in an other folder.
6 -> Update 'wiitdb.txt'
7 -> Option.

If you type 5 you can then type:
- emuNAND (drive and folder) where take the savegame
- emuNAND (drive and folder) where put the savegame
- ID for the game (or ALL like extract mode)

correct?

I got downloaded 3.1 but when extracting and running SaveFinder.exe it is displayed as 3.0 not sure if this is just a typo.
Also my options are as followed:
  • 1->Show Emunand path for GameID
  • 2->Show wich GameID is associated...
  • 3->Delete SaveGame from Emunand
  • 4->Extract Savegame from emuNand in SaveGame Manager GX format
  • 5->Update wiitdb.txt
  • 6->Option
  • 7->Information for use the program
  • 8->Exit
Are these savegames for use w/o the need of savegame manager gx?
