Hacking Samurai Shodown 2 VC Released? (not asking for link!)

i was just wondering if anyone knows if Samurai Shodown II WAD has been released, because i've been looking everywhere and the only one i can find is a injected one. i'm not asking for a link or anything, but just so i know whether i should continue to download the injected one or keep looking for an "official" release. thanks.

Well, I do know that it came out for NTSC on August 25, which is today... so, I'm looking for it as well.

it's been out in Japan and PAL for alot longer though, thats why i'm wondering why it hasn't been released. but if it's out in NTSC today that should up the chances of a proper WAD soon.
