Hacking Same Game, Different Game IDs?

I recently purchased 2 games online. They are the exact same game with the same "-EUR" ending on them.

However, when I load them up in R4CCE they show the same first 4 characters for the ID but the second field for the ID is completely different.

The first one matches the ROM that's going around on most every ROM site out there. The second one is different though.

My question is, does this mean this second one is just from a different area of Europe? Or is it just like a different revision of the game?

Does this just indicate that different hardware was used to produce the cart?

They are both in English with no other language options that I can see.

Loading up the ROMs they both play identically as far as i can tell...

Is there any type of tool I could use to find out more information about these 2 roms to verify what the difference may be?

I'm just curious at this point.

Nevermind. I figured it out. There is a new revision for this game. Noticed it on the list at No-Intro.org under the Europe undumped section.
