Hacking sakura running gba

ok, i have an m3 real running triplel boot. i have the files saved to gba folder (where the games are) because thats how it works on the m3 real. do the files need to be saved somewhere else on the root? please tell me where

by the way, i have a gba expansion pack.

and i am okay with using gba exp loader to run it, as long as i can run them.

They can be anywhere on the card.

I have it set up like this:

-NDS Games
-GBA Games
-Demos
-Homebrew
