So my original Switch is banned for reasons.
My Pokémon are held hostage in Home. I have not cheated at all on any games, let alone Pokémon, which is the goal for this.

My plan was to use JKSV to export my Pokémon saves. Temporarily hack my friend's Switch (with permission), and inject my save files all while offline. I'd then revert to a pre-hacked state on my friend's console and use the official transfer method to put my Pokémon saves onto a new OLED Switch.

How safe is this? My console is banned, but not for cheating. I just want to be able to fully appreciate the features of Pokémon over the net, and be prepared for November when SV come out.

Assuming the Pokemon aren't hacked, you could be safe but there is no telling with Nintendo.
