Homebrew SafeHax not work on N3ds

Im trying to set up luma on a new sd card 128gb I've run into an issue when launching safehax it doesnt load and i've tried using the safehax 3dsx and still nothing im on on 9.2 is there anyway i can get around this im following the old 3ds soundhax guide

Can you tell us the page and section, and tell us what pages you followed before that page, and tell us exactly what it is doing besides "doesn't load". Is there an error message for example?

This is bad advice. You should only suggest an update if you can confirm the user can't use soundhax + udsploit + safehax on 9.2.

I don't think that's very good advice - OP probably just made a simple mistake and will be able to install B9S with homebrew. Better to try to find out what that mistake is before making any assumptions and telling them to update. And did you mean update to 11.9?

im almost postive this is some issue with the N3ds i followed the guide and set up and o3ds just yesterday with no issues safehax loads into a black screen and freezes tried multiple boots and nothing i even used the r19 version they mentioned
