Hacking Safe upgrade from 3.2 E to 3.4 E

I have 3.2 E with starfall. I want to upgrade my Wii back to 3.4 E. How do I do this safely?
Am I right in thinking that I should run starfall and unistall all the "things it does" then just upgrade my Wii normally?

Just updating it will remove all the starfall stuff, because it will install a new system menu.
But why would you want to upgrade? 3.4 has nothing new to offer, you will only loose certain homebrew functionality.

kedest he could be trading in his wii, or selling it to someone else or he may just be paranoid and think someone is going to turn him in.

Or he just got a modchip and would prefer not to have any softmodding.

None of them actually. I was just wondering how it was done, if I ever needed to downgrade in the future.
