No, it will never be until the firmware.bin is updated - which it never will until someone decides to continue the work the original rxTools dev had accomplished. If you want to update your 3DS to 11.0, use Luma3DS

How do I go from rxTools + menuhax to Luma3DS + menuhax? I added the Luma files to the root of my sd card, but every time it boots, it sends me to the config screen.

You're supposed to configure what you want on the config screen and press start! Once you do that, it'll boot Luma and never ask you again unless you hold Select the next time you boot Luma3DS!

I did, but I have no menuhax installed, but my rxTools is running on 11.0.

[EDIT] Here you go. It works fine.

Thanks! This is exactly what I was hoping for. I don't understand some people's obsession with mindlessly promoting the latest CFW (Luma). If rxTools is working perfect for me, I have no reason to change to Luma.

It just keeps booting into the config screen for whatever reason. Also, how do I configure it so that it autoboots into Luma?

So you just update rxtools from emumand in system settings? Or do you need to update the actual rxtools or anything?

As long nothing major changes like dynamic themes or something like it, I'm pretty sure rxtools will keep working. I'm personally the same as you. Why change something that works?

It does work, but it patches svcbackdoor so it'll break dynarec in homebrew that supports it (gpSP, PCSX etc.).

Hate to sound like I'm plugging another CFW, but Luma3DS is currently the only CFW to have svcbackdoor integrated so that dynarec still works.

Rxtools is outdated and not very good. You're better off with reinand or luma3ds CFW.
