    From the sounds of things you don't know anything, but I'd guess this is the hacked NDS version of the original DS's firmware that someone (loopy?) made a while back. In theory it shouldn't do anything, but you probably shouldn't be messing with it if you don't know what you're doing anyway.

    Yeah, I have it and its fine. It doesnt like install some weird new firmware or whatever was in your mind, its just the firmware of the DS lite.

    It's also completely useless!
