S. 686 Restrict Act

So, I am not sure about this Bill. Apparently, from a Video on TikTok, and on Reddit, if you look it up, it is supposedly going to make it so the US Government can go after your Emails, Texts, Social Media Posts, Censor YouTube, or ETSY if it has stuff that critisizes the Government, you can be Jailed and/or Fined for Speaking out against the Government.......but would this all Violate the 1st Amendment, and Freedom of Information Act????
