But it is not possible to get it on your version (O3ds10.1.27U) right now. But you can search for Ninjahax or Ironhax, that is the only thing is possible for you to run a few homebrews.

you can only downgrade on your firmware if you have a nand backup and a hard mod

You can't downgrade unless you made a backup when you were on a lower firmware and are willing to do a hardmod (involves soldering).

you need an rxtools compatible 3ds for that to work.

You can't get into the Gateway menu unless you are on 9.2 or lower. This is for people who want to downgrade 5.x-9.2 to 4.x for slightly different features.
