Hacking RxTools QRCODE

I need a new form to acess the "rxTools.dat" but the link that I'm using is broken (Error 404) and i dont know another way to acess the rxtools.dat, any suggestion??

DO NOT INSTALL RXTOOLS
INSTALL A9LH INSTEAD:
https://3ds.guide/
rxTools is dead and it won't work on 11.3, so you really shouldn't do that.

You're following something very old and no longer supported.
Follow this tutorial instead: https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(soundhax)
And continue on to the next page when finished that page, then the next, etc.

Still go with A9LH and a new CFW. RXTools will no longer work with 11.3, so you need to update.
11.3 added a NATIVE_FIRM requirement to the homemenu. Since RXTools is using NAIVE 9.5, it won't boot.
