Hacking rxTools info needed

Hi I'm new to the 3ds Hacking thing. I installed rxTools on my OLD 3ds with not much trouble, I even installed a game to test it out. It was awesome, but when I try to install GBA games it gives me an error; I did some digging and found out you have to install the GBA game on sysNAND and EmuNAND, but how would I install it on sysNAND? Do I use Homebrew?. Also how do I launch homebrew from sysNAND? in EmuNand I installed the homebrew CIA and installed menuhax, but when I configured it I can't boot into it by holding the configured button. My OLD 3ds is on 9.2.

Also is there a higher chance of bricking my NEW 3ds if I install rxTools?

A way to do this is, for example, run hb with browserhax from sysNAND, run minipasta.3dsx, and then run FBI.3dsx to install fbi.cia on sysNAND

I tried the browserhax method but the website is just blank and doesn't run the script.

You have to max the zoom and look at the top-left corner.
You'll see a volume bar, so you have to click at the very right of that bar
