It happens a lot on 3.0. It will also happen if you do not have the correct firm files.

Did the installation ever finish? What happens when you boot into rxmode?

I think I have to start over...

I think there might be a problem with your emunand. I have never used emunand9 so I am not sure how it works. Maybe you created the partition but it's blank? I always used gateways launcher to create my emunand.

It could also be the firm files I mentioned before. How did you get them? Did you use the python scrypt?

when you use emunand9 it clones the sys nand to the emunand, it doesnt make a blank one.

reason why its failing probly not detecting emunand, did u setup emunand first if not grab emunand9.
do exactly this hopefully u get into homebrew launcher its required for this work.

Method 1 : with Emunand9Tool
1. Put the 3DS folder of Emunand9Tool on your sdcard root
2. Launch the HBL then select Emunand9Tool
3. Select EmuNAND Manager Options -> Dump SysNAND to NAND.bin
4. Once it's done, press B twice, then select to unmount the micro-sd card
5. Backup your micro-sd card content on your computer and put your nand backup somewhere safe.
6. Put back your micro-sd card in your console then press B
7. Select Complete EmuNAND Setup and confirm
8. Once it's done, press start to reboot and restore your micro-sd card content.
