Gaming Running Picodrive on 5.50 prometheus

I've recently hacked my psp and installed custom firmware 5.50 prometheus, but everytime i try to run Picodrive (and possibly other homebrew, i haven't checked but ISO's work) i get error code 800020148. I've looked this code up but found no solution, so could someone please help me out?

If it's 1.5 homebrew, it won't work. There is a picodrive emulator somewhere that Takka updates. I'll go get you a link when i'm bothered.
