Hacking Run backups on Nintendo Switch V2

I have a Nintendo Switch V2 with Firmware version 11.0.1.

Is there a solution for running backups on this console?

The only option you had was the Team Xecuter mod chip but they are currently temporarily off the market.
All you can do is wait for another party to show up.

After some research, I saw that in many YouTube videos, it appears who installs something on the switch with this FW and works to run backups.

There is no extra option for now other than Xecuter ?

That only works with unpatched Switches.
Currently there is no alternative for the Xecuter modchip.
But that will only be a matter of time before some other Chinese knock-off shows up.

Unfortunately your best bet right now would be to buy an unpatched Switch V1 from eBay, Craigslist, OfferUp, or /r/hardwareswap and proceed with the mod tutorials.
