3DS part of the game has successfully been DUMP!

According to a senior DS DUMP 0day group members (those not willing to publish the name) revealed that at present the market with a USB-DS cassette DUMP tool in 3DS after the release of this tool to update his program. Now alleged to DUMP and use 1001 (1M) eeprom chip 3DS cassette, manufacturers said it would release the new version within days to support the program more chips.

I wouldn't be proud of that fact. Now that a rom has been dumped people can start working on pirating them and there goes the 3DS. And here I had faith in 3DS living.

and btw, those who are against piracy:
heads up, as long as nintendo doesn't give up to make the piracy minimal, it won't hurt that much, trust me[it doesn't even hurt the PC sales so much either, bad ports do, piracy is usually just a weak excuse of a company to come up with a reason saleswise]
