Rumored Initial D: Extreme Stage

Hi all I was just searching around the web an was wondering, wouldn't it be nice if Initial D was on the DS.
So I went an google for it an then I saw these news.

Searching for "Inital D Extreme Stage", I found only a PS3 game.. those sites are quite old, so I think it was really just a rumor.

Btw, there's one excelent Initial D game on the PSP.

Not really that excellent. Nothing beats the actual arcade experience. But then again, no video game would beat reality (save the fact that crashing your car doesn't have any consequences).
