Check the documentation for whichever version you're using. A given core will list what romset it uses. For example, the (only) RA cores I'm aware of for Wii that play those systems are https://gbatemp.net/threads/large-neogeo-games-support-and-cps3-tests.493767/ which use the FB Alpha 2012 romset. I'm not sure which version number off the top of my head, but you should be able to find it in that thread or in a related search.

devkitPro by defaults use C and C++. So I suppose you start off with C first and then move onto C++.+1 -
