Gaming ROM Site No Longer Hosting DS ROMs?

I was browsing around ********, and I looked up a ROM for Resident Evil: Deadly Silence. However, the download button was red. Upon clicking it, I got this message:

The goal of ******** has always been to provide users with an opportunity to try out games in order to determine whether it is a game worth purchasing or not. We have always respected when publishers or developers felt ******** did more harm than good to the sales of their product.

The owner of this game contacted us with concerns that our service was doing more harm than good, so as per our goal and beliefs we have complied with their request to remove their intellectual property.

This currently covers ALL of the NDS games.

We understand that this may frustrate users who were looking for new games to test but we hope you also understand that this is both necessary and in accordance with our beliefs.

So, I guess that ROM site's dead now, huh? At least for NDS games anyways.

Mods, if even referring vaguely to a ROM site is against the rules (I'm not specifically saying the name OR linking to the site), then please let me know and I'll modify the post to completely remove any reference to the site's name.

Dunno, p1ngy shut down 2-3 threads in blogs this week over the same exact topic. Even though it's vague, it's still fairly obvious what it is.
As for what happened, well, my opinion is biased so I won't say anything.
