Hacking Rom loading bugs

Hi there, I've recently been bothered with a rather annoying bug that I can't seem to solve. I also couldn't find it on the forums, so I'm hoping to get some help this way.

The problem is that when I wanna load a rom the loading just stops and it crashes. It occurs just when i tap the button/screen to load the rom. everything then just stops. This occured a few times before, but it started getting worse fast and I cant really play anything now. I've updated to the latest firmware (even did it twice to be sure) but that doens't help (tried both the unnoficial patch and the recently released stolen patch

).

Anyways, I'm hoping you guys can help out.

Which ROM and which version of the firmware?

Try reformatting your MicroSD with the Panasonic SD Formatter and see if it works.
