can anyone help me get a patch with this one, or can anyone help me with hacking roms. what tools do i use to hack nds roms? can you explain step by step?

HexEditor of some sort and a lot of patience (+ maybe some game specific tools if avalivable.) And the game that is featured in that youtube movie is the beta version of Mario Kart which i'm preety sure flies around the internets but for specific link you should PM Google.
