Hacking Homebrew Ripping a FF7 ISO for Popstation

How can I rip FF7 (not make an ISO, but get rid of movies and shit) easily? I only have a 1GB memory stick and it's not a lot of fun playing musical eboots. Even a small loss in filesize would be great.

Why don't you just play one disk at a time? That at most should be about 400 mb I think.
