    In that bara manga ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
    I want to mod Budokai Tenkaichi 3 (I just found the story mode text in the AFS files) but I have the WBFS and CFG on my Wii (4.3). Is there a way to mod it without redownloading the ISO?
