Hardware right joycon broken?

and I cannot just buy another red one because the replacements are blue on the right side?! what a scam. so I have to buy another switch in order to get a replacement?!
I do not want to wait 14 days for a nintendo replacement, so I will just buy one from amazon and return the broken one.

update: I just bought another full switch set with the right coloured joycons and will replace the broken one with it. returning shouldn't be a problem. so sad that nintendo support would take up to two weeks for a replacement. that is service! not!
