Homebrew Emulator Rewind/FF not working on NesDS

I'm trying to use the built in nesDS on Twilightmeu++, but I can't seem to use rewind or fast forward, and I can't seem to find them in the settings at all either.
Were these settings removed or is there something I'm missing? Using a n3DS XL and the most updated version of TWL. I'd like to use nesDS as virtuaNES lacks a rewind feature.
