Selling it and want to make it back to stock as possible. Is there any updated guides (on 4.3U) to remove everything (or as much as I can?)
    Thanks

I have uninstalled Priiloader, HBC, and Bootmii. Is it safe to format my Wii now?

AFAIK, formatting the Wii only deletes channels. It does no changes to the IOSes.
