I've installed gridlauncher and cave story is stuttering 56 fps?
I have New3ds
HALP

EDIT-infinty: I had DSP on and solved it but sega genesis sonic has frame dreps

EDIT: It could be over clock disable is yes can i enable somehow

EDIT-2: GridLauncher has nothing to do anything with this...
How do increase clockrate to 804MHZ
